The homes are in a private cluster with 50 other homes -most owned by Canadians, Americans and Europeans for the purpose of vacation rentals. Needless to say that the subdivsion is quiet with a 20 % occupancy rate most of the year. It is well lighted with 24 hour security guard and high decorative walls on road in and out of the cluster.

There is a pool and covered terrace just steps away from our home that can be seen from the master bedroom and front room that is only used by the 50 homes in the cluster. The pool has a large shallow area great for kids with an even bigger area for adults. There is lawn and pool furniture for your convenience. The pool is kept clean daily and is at a perfect temperature all the time.
